Who We Are
At present, our SaveOurDoctors.org coalition includes physicians in a broad array of specialties, hospital administrators, other medical professionals and concerned citizens from Washington, Frederick, Baltimore, Montgomery, Prince George's, Howard and Calvert Counties. Every day, membership of this coalition is growing.
We continue, as previous generations of physicians have done, to care for a wide variety of illnesses, diseases, injuries and chronic conditions. We continue to draw upon the skills that were taught in our medical and surgical training programs.
However, this crisis is leading more and more doctors to the edge of a cliff they never expected to reach. From this precipice, many will be forced to make unprecedented decisions and to take drastic actions. Some will retire early. Others will limit their practices. Still others will move to another state.

Our Mission
REAL REFORM. NO STOPGAP SOLUTIONS.
Members of SaveOurDoctors.org are deeply concerned about the impending patient access crisis caused by the medical liability reform impasse in Maryland.
We believe that unless there is comprehensive, common sense change in Maryland, access to virtually all types of medical care – not only in Maryland but across the Tri-state Region including Pennsylvania and West Virginia – will be dramatically curtailed in the near future.
We call upon all Maryland citizens for their support as you now find yourselves asking the unthinkable, "In my time of peril, will my doctor be there?"
